Hey bro I’m the same but opposite I started out in the skinny anorexic area, il tell u one thing tho, feeling shy in the gym especially for the first few sessions is normal, in my gym especially where a bunch of guys are juiced up it can be intimidating. but after a while you feel a lot more confident and the gym community is mostly really nice, everyone starts somewhere。
